was an amazing trip and very unique. It was made possible by extraordinary guides and drivers.
We were met by the lovely Asmita who went to extra mile to prepare us for our trip, and to be sure we had all we needed . She could not be more charming and helpful.
On day, one we were driven to the border, very expertly by Raju accompanied by Kersang. We needed an expert as the roads were very windy and not in good condition but it was exciting and we could take in the wonderful scenery and the interesting villages that we passed.
After we crossed , the border which took some time we were met by Tarkye our guide and Cedun our driver. Tarkye was a very mature calm guide, solicitous knowledgeable and very caring. Cedun our driver was also very considerate and helpful which we as a group needed as many of us had not fully anticipated the effects of the high altitude.
However, we were shepherded in an extraordinary manner through magnificent mountainous terrain , and lake filled scenery seeing yaks and other animals on the way. The monasteries were beautiful and Tarkye could answer any questions we had.
This unique and extraordinary trip delivered exactly what it promised. There was a great deal of driving which could be tiring but this was specified up front.
Overall, this was an amazing trip, but it was more physically demanding than anticipated because of the altitude and also being in a relatively small enclosed vehicle carrying 12 people with no space in between each person if one person gets sick it spreads through the group has happened for us. Nevertheless this tour is a once in a lifetime experience in a country as yet relatively undiscovered by western tourists.

Booked a perfect tour after work (after 8pm) with WhatsApp. Uncomplicated, competent and about 8 hours later we were picked up at the hotel for the flight and enjoyed a unique view of Everest and the other eight-thousanders. I summited Ama Dablam (6,812m) with Outshine Adventure in May 2024, and I couldn’t have asked for a better company to guide me to the top! Traveling to Nepal was not just about climbing Ama Dablam, it was about immersing myself in Sherpa culture, and I’m so glad that Outshine Adventure was my gateway to experiencing the hospitality, traditions, and spirit of the Himalayas.

From our expert guides (AD Sherpa and to our dedicated Sherpa_Tashi Sherpa and our incredible cook Larke every member of the team was highly professional and truly passionate about their work. Their experience, encouragement, and attention to detail made this challenging climb feel like an epic adventure rather than just a test of endurance. Each day was filled with excitement, motivation, and breathtaking views, making the weeks of effort pass in a blur. By the end of the expedition, I felt like I had found a new family in Nepal, and it was bittersweet to say goodbye.

Outshine Adventure ensured every aspect of the climb was handled with precision and care, from acclimatization to technical support on the steep ridges and exposed sections of the climb. Reaching the summit of Ama Dablam was a surreal and deeply rewarding moment—one of the best experiences of my life!

I enjoyed the Ama Dablam climb so much that I also booked an Everest region cultural trek with them, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. It was a private trek, and my guide, AD was phenomenal. The trek was well-organized, and I got to visit ancient monasteries, experience Sherpa traditions, and witness breathtaking Himalayan landscapes. My guide had an incredible knowledge of the region, spotting wildlife and sharing fascinating stories about the mountains.

The tour was well and professionally organized from start to finish. Kalapatther was a real highlight for me. Bring enough cash, at least 32 dollars, if you want to have breakfast at the hotel at 3800 meters.

Our group of four hikers, accompanied by porters, and a guide, embarked on an unforgettable trek to Everest Base Camp (EBC) with Outshine Adventure. From the moment we set foot in Lukla, the adventure was filled with breathtaking landscapes, rich Sherpa culture, and some of the most iconic mountain views in the world.

Our guide, Som and his incredible team ensured a smooth journey, taking care of every detail. They allowed us extra time for acclimatization and to capture the stunning beauty of the Khumbu Valley, Namche Bazaar, Tengboche Monastery, and the towering peaks of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam.

The final push to Everest Base Camp (5,364m) was challenging but incredibly rewarding. Standing at the foot of the world’s highest peak was a surreal experience, making all the effort worthwhile. The return journey was equally memorable, filled with laughter, local interactions, and a sense of accomplishment.

We highly recommend Outshine Adventure for anyone planning to trek to Everest Base Camp. Their professionalism, experience, and hospitality made this journey truly special.

Outshine Adventure is a top adress for to organize our trekkingtour from lukla to mt everest base camp. From beginning with email conversation (everytime a fast and very kind response) with the chief from OA Gokhul. The greeting and welcome from the employee Asmita at the Airport of Kathmandu was very warm.
After check in in the beautyful hotel sweet home in Kathmandu Asmita informed us detailed about the trekking tour. Next day we had a wonderful time with Siri to the most important sights of Kathmandu. Our Trekkingtour from Lukla to basecamp with our Guide Cumar was excellent. All the time we felt us save. This is very important for such an adventure.

Best trip ever! Potala palace Is a jewel!

I can only hope I can do another trip with Outshine in my lifetime. If you only read this far the company is fantastic, blew expectations out of the water and you should use them for your next trip.

Communications from the very beginning were timely and informative from Gokul and his team, within 12 hours we always had a response to any inquiries we had which made us feel in good hands. Upon arrival everything was seamless from pickup to briefing the days ahead. Everything you possibly needed from currency to SIM cards was thought of and helped with. Asmita, checked in routinely to ensure that the trip was going well and to see if anything was needed which it never was because everything was already thought of.

The highlight of the trip without a doubt was the trekking, but not just the beautiful mountains, amazing towns, forests and jungles, the main highlight was our guide Shom and our Porters Harka and Barbrom. Shom knew the land and rivers but more than that taught us about local customs, Buddhism, Hinduism, traditions, as well as song and dance and so much more. Every single day was laid out for us and if there were any issues or discomforts he would ensure it was taken care of. We never had any doubts with Shom that we would not make it over the mountain pass, he always went well beyond what was necessary, going out of his way to ensure everything was always perfect. Harka and Barbrom were always there giving a helping hand with a smile on their face and a few times saved us from forgetting some pretty critical items at a tea house! There’s really not enough good to say about the three guys.

In addition to trekking we had some additional days and Outshine lined up a trip to Chitwan National Park for us. This was a great short trip that again was added to our overall trip without any hiccups or issues. We enjoyed a great safari jeep tour and canoe river tour viewing beautiful animal and plant life. Our guide and accommodations again were excellent.

Every bit of this trip, the drivers, the hotel staff, the guides, Gokul, Asmita, was and is 5-star worthy. You are cared for and everyone is genuinely kind.
