An old way that was followed by Everest expeditions from the 1950s,Everest Trekking via Jiri gives you the thrills of trekking in the Everest region. The densely populated middle hills and the high-altitude magnificence of the Everest region—everything can be experienced on this trekking route.
Starting from Jiri (1905 m), this trail heads eastward through the forested hills of Soul and over the 3530 m Lamajura Pass. Because the trekking route is less crowded, it’s a much better option to come through this route. Along the route lie the beautiful mountain scenarios that take your breath away. The Dudh Koshi calls us after we cross the Lamjura La pass and Thaksindo; following the “Dudh Koshi river” north, we walk through the small villages to join the main Everest trail below Lukla. The ascent to Namche Bazaar will be quite easy now after we've become familiar with the surroundings. The views become even more fascinating with every step we take—Kwangde, Thamserku, Nuptse, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. The trek follows from the Namche Bazaar to the Gokyo Lake to Everest Base Camp. You should carry out Everest trekking via Jiri in beginning of March to the end of May and from the beginning of September to the end of December. You can choose the details of the itinerary of Everest Base Camp trekking and make it as per your desire and holidays.
