Everest Base Camp Luxury Trekking will allow you to spend your day in the finest hotels of Khumbu region after long trekking days. On the way, we will also pass by numerous gompas, monasteries, chortens fastened by colorful prayer flags, and mani walls, which will reflect us rich culture & tradition of people residing in this region. The Everest Base Camp Luxury Trek 15 days  begins with a short 35 minutes scenic flight to Lukla. This might be one of the most thrilling flights of our life. From here, we will head to Namche Bazar via Phakding, Jorsale, and Monjo. Monjo is also the entry point of Sagarmatha National Park. Further, the trail goes from the national park taking us to the Namche Bazar where we will spend a day. Leaving Namche Bazar behind, we will head to Tengboche where we will visit Tengboche monastery. In coming days, the trail ascends all the way up to the Everest Base Camp. Next day, we will hike to the most famous viewpoint of Khumbu region, Kala Patthar to witness the irresistible beauty of Himalayas. We will get to see panoramic views of Mt. Everest (8,848 m), Mt. Lhotse (8,516 m), Mt. Cho Oyu (8,201 m), Island Peak (6,189 m), Mt. Ama Dablam (6,812 m), Mt. Pumori (7,161 m), Mt. Makalu (8,481 m), Mt. Nuptse (7,861 m), and numerous other snow-capped mountains. From here onwards following the same trail, we trek back to Lukla where our adventurous  Everest Base Camp Luxury Trek ends. 

Everest Base Camp Luxury Trekking is a moderate trek in the Himalayas of Nepal. You don't need to have prior trekking experience to go on this trek, however, good physical fitness is required. Trip Itinerary
01Day

    After you arrive at the airport, one of the representatives from Outshine Adventure will welcome you at the terminal gate. He/she will take you to your hotel, Kathmandu Suite Home where you will stay overnight. Rest of the day is free for you to relax. Later in the evening, you will attend a traditional welcome dinner organized by the company and also meet with your guide during the dinner. 

    02Day

      Today is our leisure day. We will spend the day exploring around the valley. We will visit several UNESCO World Heritage Sites like sacred Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, the largest stupa of Asia, Swayambhunath aka the Monkey Temple, and Kathmandu Durbar Square, one of the three durbar squares. In the late afternoon, we will arrange our gears and prepare for our trip. We will stay overnight in  Kathmandu Suite Home. 
       

      03Day

         We will begin our day with a warm and fresh breakfast. After that, we head towards the airport to fly to Lukla. The flight will be thrilling and present us spectacular views of Himalayan mountains. Lukla will welcome us with beautiful mountain landscape and stimulating chillness in the environment. From here, we gradually trek and reach Cheplung Village from where we can see Mt. Khumbila. Further, we descend down to Phakding village located in the Dudh Koshi River Valley. We will spend our night here in Yeti Mountain Home.

        04Day

           Today, the trail will lead us to Namche Bazaar, the tourist hub of Everest region. Crossing Jorsale, we will reach Monjo, the entrance of Sagarmatha National Park. From here, the trail goes through the national park including dense alpine woods, deciduous forests, small rivers, streams, and lush forest of rhododendron, pine & cedar. Upon reaching Namche Bazar, we settle on our comfortable Yeti Mountain Home, which is already booked for us by the company.

          05Day

             Today, we will spend our day exploring Namche Bazar and its nearby areas. This will also help us to acclimatize our body with the increased altitude. After having breakfast served by locals with lots of love, we can hike to either Syangboche or Everest View Hotel. Both of these places present superb views of the snow-capped mountains and gorgeous sceneries. Later, we also visit the Everest Photo Gallery and Sherpa Culture Museum. 

            06Day

               Today, we head to Tengboche, which holds the biggest and oldest monastery of the Khumbu region, Tengboche monastery. Following an easy trail, we head out Dudh Koshi River Valley and reach Phungki Thanka. Further, we will walk along the right side of the Dudh Koshi River to reach Tengboche located at the confluence of the Dudh Koshi and the Imja Khola River. On the way, we will come across lovely rivers & hills. From here, amazing views of Mt. Everest (8,848 m), Mt. Ama Dablam, and many other mountains can be seen. We will spend our night in cozy and comfy Rivendell Guest Home.

              07Day

                 Crossing a suspension bridge over Imja River, we head towards Dingboche, the Summer Valley of Khumbu region. The trail will lead us to Pangboche and then to Dingboche through the forested path. From Dingboche, we can see fantastic view of Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Ama Dablam, Island Peak, and numerous other mountains. Upon reaching Dingboche, we will settle down in the Summit Hotel and later explore the village.

                08Day

                   Today is our another rest day. We will spend our day hiking to beautiful Chhukung valley. The trail will present gorgeous sceneries and snow-capped mountain views. After spending some time at Chhukung valley, we will come back to Dingboche to spend the night in the same hotel.

                  09Day

                     Leaving Dingboche behind, today we will head to Lobuche. The trail will take us to Thukla and from here we will reach Pheriche where we come across Trekkers Aid Post operated by the Western Volunteer Doctors and assisted by The Himalayan Rescue Association. Continuing trekking, we reach Chupki Lhara and descend down to Khumbu glacier moraine. On the way, we will witness captivating views of Mahalangur Himal, Lingtren and Mt. Pumori. Crossing the moraine, Mt. Nuptse come into our sight.

                    10Day

                       The most awaiting day of our entire trip. Waking up early in the morning, we ascend along the side of Khumbu Glacier. Around 2 to 3 hours of trek will take us to Gorakshep that initially used to be base camp of Mt. Everest. Taking a small break here, we will hike to the lap of world's highest mountain, Everest Base Camp. Upon reaching the base camp, we will get to see the heartwarming view of Everest and the surrounding area. After spending some time at base camp, we will trek back to Gorakshep for the night stay.

                      11Day

                         We will begin our day early in the morning. Drinking a warm cup of tea, we will begin ascending towards Kala Patthar, the most famous viewpoint of the region. From Kala Patthar, one of the stunning sunrises can be seen along with a 360-degree view of Everest and several other mountains. Soaking the irresistible beauty of the region, we will trek down to Gorakshep and continue our journey towards Pheriche after having breakfast. We will spend overnight at Hotel Himalayan. 
                         

                        12Day

                           Following the Imja River, we will trek back to Namche Bazar. The trail will take us to Tengboche, and from here, we descend down to Phungki Thanka. Further, we will pass by Kyangjuma and reach  Namche Bazar. We will spend our days relaxing in our hotel or enjoying food in one of the best cafe/restaurants in Namche.

                          13Day

                             After having breakfast, we follow the same trail back to Lukla. We steeply descend and cross suspension bridge. On the way, we pass by several mai stones, gompas, chorten fastened by colorful prayer flags, lush forest of rhododendron, pine & cedar, and small villages before reaching Lukla. Today, we will also celebrate our completion of the trek and stay overnight in the Yeti Mountain Home.

                            14Day

                               After a quick breakfast with a beautiful view, we will fly back to Kathmandu. Upon reaching Kathmandu, we will head back to the same hotel in which we have stayed before, Kathmandu Suite Home. We will spend our day visiting the market and shopping souvenirs to take back with us. In the evening, we will have a farewell dinner organized by the company. Today, we will also prepare for our departure.

                              15Day

                                 You will check-out of the hotel after having breakfast. One of the members from Outshine Adventure will drop you at the terminal gate of Tribhuvan International Airport and bid our last goodbye to you.

                                  Excelente viaje por todo Nepal / Excelent travel all Nepal.

                                  Que contáis viajeros? Dejo aquí mi reseña de la segunda visita a Nepal, un país que me encanta. Como dije es mi segunda visita a este hermoso país, en la anterior fue combinada con visita a Tibet, por lo que no tuve el tiempo necesario para recorrerlo, hacer treking y demás actividades. Para esta larga estadía y largo viaje a través de las montañas, explorar el Reino perdido de Mustang y llegar al Terai a visitar a Budha elegí a la empresa Outshine Adventure, que ya había conocido en mi anterior viaje, en la persona de su mánager y propietario Gokul Sapkota. Si hablas solo español aquí estas en las manos perfectas, el habla muy bien español y tiene guías como “Siri” que lo hablan casi perfecto. Buen servicio de guiado, su hotel es cómodo, con un personal excelente, los chicos de allí son muy cordiales, esta bien aseado todo, el desayuno es bueno, organizan todo para ti, Gokul esta todo el día pendiente del servicio consultando si todo esta bien, si los guías son buenos, si el chofer (vaya que buen chofer, hemos viajado cientos de kilómetros por esas rutas imposibles) y todo fue de la mejor manera, yyyy mira que allí hay que conducir!!! me saco el sombrero.
                                  Hemos realizado cuanta actividad quisimos, hicimos treking a Namche Bazar, somos personas ya grandes, Claudia nunca había hecho treking en las montañas, y vaya debut!! Aterrizar en Lukla es una experiencia fuera de lo común, allí nos esperaba “Raj” si vas a Lukla busca este guía, se llama Tek Raj Tamang, el no habla español pero si un perfecto ingles, un joven muy amistoso, amable, educado, con una voluntad de atender al cliente digna de mencionar. Vaya que es paciente, Claudia lo ama por su ayuda y colaboración, para ella llegar a Namche significaba un esfuerzo enorme y con la ayuda de Raj lo logro, lloramos de la emoción al llegar a ese hermoso lugar. Si lees esto, muchas gracias Raj por tan hermosa experiencia compartida. No olvidaremos nunca el regreso a “Surkey” bajo esa lluvia torrencial para tomar el helicóptero. Bueno el vuelo en helicóptero fue fantástico. De allí nos fuimos con “Siri” otro guía excepcional, habla perfecto español, una parte del viaje nos acompaño Gokul el dueño al “Reino perdido de Mustang” al otro extremo de Nepal, un lugar fantástico, muy similar a mi tierra aquí en Patagonia Argentina. Todo un itinerario de vuelo a Pokhara, de allí vehículo, con experiencias inolvidables, compartiendo en casas de lugareños la cocina, pueblos en medio de esa lejanía, monasterios, no quedo nada por ver y aprender de la cultura local. De allí nos fuimos al otro extremo, El Terai con la frontera de India, Lumbini. A visitar a Budha y cumplir algo muy personal junto a Claudia. Como verais hemos dado la vuelta a Nepal en 30 días de viaje, todo resulto fantástico, un viaje con mayúsculas. Todos los servicios ofrecidos se cumplieron, y los que no fueron por razones de causa mayor como el clima, era época del monzon, por lo que surgieron dificultades que fueron resueltas de manera excelente, buscando alternativas, otros medios de viaje, comidas adicionales, estadías no programadas, una atención de primera. Nosotros viajamos para conocer la cultura, visitar lugares hermosos, estar en contacto con la gente, no buscamos lujos, si un muy buen servicio de atención personalizada, no viajamos en grupos porque no nos gusta, lo hacemos solos y buscamos esta clase de atención brindada, la cual reitero fue excelente para cumplir nuestro viaje. Quizás alguna vez volveremos a caminar por Thamel y visitar estos amigos de Outshine Adventure y caminar con “Raj” por la base del Everest.
                                  Si viajas allí pide por “Raj” y “Siri” (si necesitas hablar en español), no te defraudaran. Buen Viaje amigos!!!
