Gokul, el gerente se preocupa porque los clientes estén contentos con lo contratado y porque todo salga bien durante el viaje, escribe de vez en cuando para ver cómo va todo y si tienes cualquier problema, él se encarga de resolverlo. Con nosotros estuvo pendiente incluso hasta de si llegamos bien a España.

I did a 1 day Kathmandu tour and had booked via ‘get your guide’ who then use local tour operators. I got greeted by the guide and the director of the company who then brought me to the car which was clean and quite new. I got a lot of information about the country, people and sights. My guide customised the tour a little to my own speed, we saw the monkey temple, Pashupatinath, Boudhanath and durbar square and I also got to see the living goddess. We ate momos for lunch at a local restaurant. Although I was a single female traveller I did not feel uncomfortable at any point and thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Would book through Outshine adventure again anytime.

Gokul se portó excelente! Desde el inicio a fin! Habla muy bien español y aunque tuvimos cambios en nuestros vuelos se adecuó a todo, y sin ningún cargo adicional!!!! Muy recomendable para las personas latinas que visitan Nepal, ya que tiene una amplia variedad de tours... además el hotel que nos quedamos (incluido en paquete) de excelente calidad! El guía Chhabi y portador Aity excelentes personas, muy atentos y buenas personas. Quedamos muy felices por esta gran experiencia en los Himalayas.

We stayed at Gokul's suite and enjoyed 2 days tours of Kathmandu and 2 days in Pokhara. Gokul arranged everything, was extremely helpful and responsive, making for a perfect vacation. Highly recommend Outshine.

First time trekking in Nepal with equally inexperienced friends and we did the ABC trek with Outshine Adventure. The whole experience was great - Gokul was very responsive from the beginning and accommodative to our changes and requests. Special shout out to our guide Chhabi who was extremely patient and resourceful which made the trek so much more manageable.
