You will be welcomed by one of our representatives at the Tribhuvan International Airport. He will take you to your hotel, and after freshening up, you will visit the Kathmandu Durbar Square also known as Basantapur. Here, we will see different palaces, shrines, temples, and courtyards. We will visit the Kumari house. Kumari is a living goddess of Nepal. Sounds fascinating right?
After that, you will move back to your hotel, where you will stay for a night.
Today, we will go on the full day guided sightseeing tour. We will head towards the Boudhanath Stupa, which is the largest Stupa of South Asia. We will then visit one of the holiest temples of Hindus, Pashupatinath Temple. From here, we will move towards the Swayambhunath Stupa, which is also popularly known as Monkey Temple.
Further, we will move towards Patan Durbar Square where we will see famous five storied Kumbeshwar temples, the medieval royal palace, Golden temple, the temple of thousand Buddhas,monastery, and many more.
All of these monuments are the part of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
We will drive to Nagarkot in the late afternoon. Upon reaching there, we will get to admire gorgeous sunset view in the backdrop of the Himalayan mountains. We will check-in the hotel and rest for the day. We will explore the area. Overnight in the hotel.
We will wake up early in the morning to see a beautiful sunrise along with the stunning views of Mt. Everest (8,848 m) and other mountains. We will then have breakfast, and leave for Bhaktapur Durbar Square. We will visit Bhaktapur Durbar Square where we will see five-storied Nyatapola Temple, ancient Dattatreya Temple, Pottery Square, and Durbar Square.
Today, we will drive to Chitwan. The drive will be long and take us to the Terai region of Nepal. We will see beautiful views of hills, rivers, forest, and small settlements throughout our way to the Chitwan. Upon reaching Chitwan, we will check-in the hotel, and later, go on the jungle safari where we will get to see numerous wildlife including endangered ones.
Today will be going to be the most wild and adventurous day as we will go on the elephant safari in the Chitwan National Park that will take us into the deep jungle. We will get to see rare wildlife like a Bengal tiger, deer, one-horned rhino, black bear, extra. Further, we will visit elephant breeding center where we will see the preparation of food for elephants. We will also see several rare species of flora as well. Later, in the evening, we will visit the local Tharu village where we will be welcomed by the traditional Tharu dance and food. We will stay overnight at the hotel.
After having breakfast, we will drive to Pokhara. The drive will be scenic and present you superb views of rivers, hills, forest, and small settlements. Upon reaching Pokhara, we will move to our hotel. Later, we will visit the famous Lakeside where we will do boating on the Phewa Lake in the shadow of Annapurna Ranges (8,091 m).
We will wake up early in the morning and head towards Sarangkot. From here, we will get to see astonishing views of the sunrise. After that, we will go on the sightseeing tour of the Pokhara. We will visit Mahendra Cave, which is a huge limestone cave, and reach Batcave after walking for ten minutes from here. Further, we will hike to the World Peace Stupa (1,100 m) and also visit the International Mountain Museum. From here, you will head towards the famous Davis Falls and Gupteshwor Cave.
We will wake up early in the morning and drive back to Kathmandu after having breakfast. No wonder, the drive will be going to be scenic. Upon reaching Kathmandu, we will be taken to our hotel. The rest of the day is free for us to rest. Later in the evening, we will explore the lively streets of Thamel and farewell dinner.
We will wake up early in the morning and have the last breakfast of our trip. We will then go on shopping and buy souvenirs to take back with us. After that, we will return back to our hotel, pack up, and check-out the hotel. We will move to the airport for our flight back to our home.
